Shipping and delivery information for wholesale orders

All orders placed through the wholesale portal are dispatched via a tracked delivery service. Please see below for estimated processing and shipping times.

United States, Australia and Canada delivery addresses

Depending on the order volume, we require up to 4 days to process your order. Once processed, the standard delivery time ranges between 3-5 days. Shipping time for:

United States - 3 days

Australia - 4 days 

Canada - 3 days 

UK and Europe delivery addresses

We require up to 2 days to process your order. Shipping time for:

UK - 2 days

EU - 3-7 days (depending on country) 

Rest of world delivery addresses

Delivery to addresses outside these regions may take slightly longer, but we will share tracking details with you once we dispatch your order. 

Custom orders

For orders with customized Dental pods, we require a week to process your order. Please see information above for the estimated shipping times to each region.

Duties and taxes

Duties and taxes are included in the order price. Orders to EU countries are shipped from our German warehouse and will not incur import charges.
